Requirements

• macOS, Linux, or another platform supported by Rust and libp2p
• A current stable Rust toolchain
• On macOS, Xcode Command Line Tools

Install the macOS build tools if needed:

xcode-select --install

Install Rust with rustup, then verify it:

rustc --version
cargo --version

SQLite is compiled from the bundled source, so a separate SQLite installation is not required.
